How It Works

HOW IT WORKS -

When hiring from Stonnington Hire you are accepting all terms and conditions and will follow all rules and procedures under the T&C page on this website. Stonnington Hire reserves the right to change any terms and conditions at its discretion without notice.

Hire Period: The standard hire period for hiring a garment is 4 days.

Holiday Hire: If you are after garments for a holiday, please get in touch and we can try to accommodate your needs.

Express postage: All garments are sent via express post and tracking number advised when posted.

If you choose express post, you will be supplied with a pre addressed return express satchel which you must lodge at an Aust Post Office 1-2 days after your event (please provide receipt when lodged).        

Pick ups: If you are picking up your garment, we will notify you when your item is ready for collection. (Pick up is from Hawthorn East). Return will be the same location.      

Try Before You Hire: Visit our Malvern Try on Suite to find your perfect fit. Book a time via the tab on our website.

Booking Process: Please book through this website -

Choose the garment you require.

Select the dates around your event.

Choose whether you want post or pick up.

Refunds: Refunds are not available once a booking has been made, however we do offer a garment swap or a store credit

Dry Cleaning Fees: Dry cleaning is included in the hire price.

Damages: When hiring our garments, it is expected that they will be treated with the utmost care and respect. Any damages that occur whilst the garment is in your possession (including but not limited to stains, rips, pulls or tears) will be required to be compensated for. In circumstances where an item is damaged beyond repair, you will be required to pay the full RRP of the item.
